Noorija Inc. (the “Company”) values your privacy and complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other relevant regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete personal information in connection with our mobile game service Maps Taker (Old name : JustForLand) (the “Service”).
1. Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service.
1) Registration, login, and account management
- Required: User ID, password, nickname, and email address
- During use of the Service: Member number, access and usage records, and information for fraud prevention
2) Device and app environment information
- Device model, OS type and version (Android, iOS), app version, and language settings
- Service device identifiers (e.g., device IDs generated and managed by the app)
- Advertising identifiers for ads and analytics (e.g., ADID/IDFA, as permitted by your OS)
- Push tokens (e.g., FCM) for push notifications
3) Information from device permissions (after your consent)
- Camera: To provide augmented reality (AR) features
- Location: Precise location coordinates via GPS and similar technologies—for maps, land claims, AR content placement, and location-based gameplay
- Photos and storage (gallery): Images you select to upload and display as AR content
- Notifications: Push notifications (notification permission on Android 13+ and per OS rules)
4) Information you provide or create
- User-generated content (UGC) such as AR images and related metadata
- Subject, content, and email you submit for inquiries or reports
- Nickname or display name changes in Settings
5) Information stored on your device for auto-login
If you enable auto-login, the Service stores your user ID and an encrypted password in local app storage on your device for convenience on the next launch. This information is deleted when you log out or delete your account.
6) Collection methods
- Information you enter during registration, login, settings, inquiries, reports, and content uploads
- Automatic generation and collection when you run the app or use the Service
- Access through OS permissions you grant (camera, location, gallery, notifications)
2. Purposes of Collection and Use
- Account management: Registration, login, identity verification, auto-login, account and nickname management, and fraud prevention
- Providing the Service: AR, maps, location-based gameplay, content upload and display, and processing of land and game data
- Customer support: Handling inquiries and reports; sending notices and push notifications
- Advertising: Ads through Google AdMob (including rewarded and interstitial formats); personalized ads depend on your consent and regional policies (UMP)
- Service improvement: Usage statistics and error analysis via Firebase Analytics (when enabled)
- Legal compliance: Fulfilling obligations under applicable laws
3. Retention Period
- Member information: Retained until you delete your account and deleted without undue delay upon withdrawal, except where retention is required by law (stored separately for the required period)
- On-device storage (auto-login): Deleted when you disable auto-login, log out, or delete your account
- Inquiries, reports, and disputes: Deleted without undue delay after processing, unless a longer retention period is required by law
4. Deletion Procedure and Method
- Procedure: You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account in the app. Member information stored on our servers will be deleted according to our deletion procedures.
- Method: Electronic records are deleted using methods that prevent recovery or reproduction; printed materials are destroyed by shredding or incineration where applicable.
5. Processors and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. To operate the Service, we may use external providers (SDKs and cloud services) listed below, and personal information may be transmitted to and processed by them.

We may use open map data such as OpenStreetMap for map display. In such cases, we design the Service so that your personal information is not provided to map providers in an identifiable form (limited to routine technical communications such as tile requests).
6. International Transfers
When you use Google services (AdMob, Firebase, etc.), your personal information may be transferred to, stored on, and processed on servers located outside your country, including the United States. For details on how Google handles personal information, see the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access and correction: Update certain information (e.g., nickname) in the app Settings
- Withdraw consent / delete account: Use Settings → Delete account to withdraw consent and delete your account
- Ad personalization settings (certain regions): In regions where required by Google’s UMP (e.g., EU/EEA), you may change personalized ad choices via “Ad privacy settings” in the app Settings when that menu is shown. (The menu may not appear outside those regions.)
- Opt out of notifications: Turn off app notifications in your OS settings or in in-app notification settings (if available)
- Revoke permissions: You may revoke camera, location, photo, or notification permissions in OS settings, but some features may be limited

8. Security Measures
We implement measures to protect personal information, including:
- Encrypted transmission (e.g., HTTPS) when sending member information
- Encrypted storage of auto-login passwords on your device

9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it and take steps to close the account without undue delay.
